Yes, we do serve alcoholic beverages in all Char’d Kitchen locations. We offer craft locally brewed beers in cans and bottles from Bishop Cider Co., Community Beer Co., and Deep Ellum Brewing Co.

Where can I find allergen information?

In our restaurant, most options are dairy-free except for our homemade ice cream. Our restaurant offers products with peanuts, soy, milk, and eggs. While we take necessary actions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we can’t guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, soy, milk and egg allergies.

We love to stray away from the traditional recipes and try out different flavors and ingredients, basically adding our own flair to the dishes. You will find in the menu we serve, a fusion of different Asian flavors.

What’s great about the different Char’d locations is that there’s something for everyone. Whatever diet you are on, Paleo, Low Carb, Gluten-free, Protein-rich, Vegan, we have so many choices and options you can choose from.

Yes, we do. We have the “Build Your Own Bowl” option so you get to choose which vegetables you want to have for your meal. There are over 15 combinations of vegan dishes you can choose from. And try our delicious Tantali tofu on the menu that we serve. It’s tofu infused with lemongrass and red peppers on a bed of greens, bean sprouts, baby corn, cucumbers, pineapple, pickled carrots and daikon, purple onions, boiled egg, sprinkled with wonton strips.

Yes, we do have certain dishes that are gluten-free. And upon request, we can use different pans and utensils to prepare your meal. That way, it’s gluten-free.
