What’s Included in Catering? 

You have the option to have guests “Grab a Bowl and Eat” and create their own individual bowls. For each bowl, choose a base of either white or brown rice, a choice of protein, vegetables, and different sauces. Various sauces include spicy Gochujang, fish sauce, creamy peanut sauce, Thai red curry, and our famous Firecracker sauce. Because the catering is designed in buffet style, guests can mix and match their own meals. 

After building the bottom, guests can select from many delicious and classic toppings: toasted sesame, shredded nori, roasted peanuts, daikon, pickled carrots, jalapenos, cilantro, wonton strips. Char’d provides plates and containers that are fully disposable.
